Question about Klonopin???

I went to the emergency room last night for a panic attack and they gave me klonopin. Well it is half way helping. I know it sounRAB weird but it seems like it got rid of the painic but not the anxiety (I know they are pretty much the same thing), and I still do not feel like myself. But anyways, did they not perscribe me a big enough dose? or does it take more time to work?

I have .5mg of Klonopin and take it as needed (at least .5mg a day - sometimes 2 pills). It does work for panic attackes and helps me relax to fall asleep.

Have you tried something like Effexor, Pristiq or Lexapro for ongoing constant anxiety? One of those in corabination with Klonopin might work pretty good.
