question about kids having tonsils

hello new here just have a questionb?
my 8 year old had her tonsils taken out tues 3/23 she is not feeling good at all and how do I get her to rest durning the day??
any suggestions will be welcome;)
 
Are you wanting her to take a nap for rest?

A person can rest by sitting quietly reading or watching TV.

Bribing her with ice cream may be a way to get her to sit down for a spell.
