question about jobs?

I wanna go and look for a job. But I dont know when i go into the store i dont know how or what should i ask to let them know that i wanna work there or im lookin for a job. so my question is How would u ask someone if ur lookin for a job when u go in the store?

Hi. Do you have any openings righ tnow? Could I have an application?
 
I want to apply for a job, how can I get an application?
the clerk will usually send you to a manger or even give you an application right then or go back to the office to get one.
