Hi ,I have att mobile service and I normally pay my bill on time but this week my check is late because they are not doing direct deposits anymore where I work,but anyway my bill was due on the 13 but my phone is still on today but when I call my phone to see when its due it says"your bill is due on the 13" then another thing says "you will have so and so until your new cycle on the 19" does this mean that my bill is due but they won't disconnect my service until my new bill cycle which is the week after??
