I get financial aid to goto school, I get PELL, and HOPE. After each quarter starts I get my remaining PELL back as refund, what is not used for school and books, but I havent got anything back frim HOPE, although all of it is not spent. So my question is, will I get the remaining HOPE funds that are not used for school and books, or is that something that isnt refunded?
