Question about Honda CRF230L ...?

For anyone that has ever had a Honda CRF230L, do you like it? How are they on the street and on the track? Are they allowed on motocross tracks? and how do they ride on them? I'm 5'3 and about 170pounds do you think I could handle it? Would it be a good frist bike?
