Question about high school credits?

I'm taking online classes to finish high school, & the colleges I'm looking at require three history credits. I have already taken two, & the only other options I have are half credit courses. Will a college accept two full credits, & two half credits, to equal three credits?

Sorry if that made no sense, lol.
