question about health insurance (annual deductible)?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone can help explain this and give your opinion if this is a good health insurance plan:

Annual Deductible $1,500 per person

Coinsurance Amounts: 30%

Out of Pocket Maximum: $2,500
