Just bought a 2007 Honda Accord Sedan. just today I noticed that when the car is on or I'm driving it, their are little bulbs that remain on in my headlights ( both of them). However, when I turn the car off, they go out. Does anyone know what that is? Is that supposed to be like that or is there something wrong?
