Question about Gym Contracts?

I signed up at a 24 hour fitness in Phoenix. I explained to the salesman that i live in Las Vegas most of the time and if i would i have access to the clubs in that area. He said that i could go to any club i wanted. Loandbehold i get to Vegas and after 1 month I am told that i am unable to go to the gym of my choice because it is a super sport and that costs more money. Contract does say there are 3 tiers of membership, but that was never explained to me. Actually would have stayed at my other gym if i knew the cost would be $30 more. Their problem or mine?

Probably yours, read the fine print & i'll be it's mentioned in there. While they said you could use other clubs they didn't say anything about the added cost i presume, their side is you didn't ask questions. If you paid by credit card i would contact them.
