After getting my first eye exam ever at 21 I've gone on a quest for the perfect glasses...
I've found them! But I can't seem to locate them in stores. It's going to end up balancing, cost-wise, if I order online anyways...
However, my prescription is a bit weird:
- I have a -0.50 sphere on both eyes
- ISSUE? The cylinder on the OD (right) says -0.50 and the OS (left) it says 8 ph(what does THAT mean?!)
- The axis on my right eye is 180 and the left box has nothing in it, in regards to axis.
What does this all mean?! I've done a bit of research online but I'm having a hard time making sense of this - I am aware of I have issues seeing far away, but other than that the results confuse me.
How does "8 ph" translate into something I can load into this online glasses site (a number like the -0.50 the other cylinder has) - I know it has to do with some sort of pin-hole test but...?
