Question about Giving a Jeep a "lift"?

Alright im about to pruchase a 1998 jeep Cherokee with 4wd and i want to put about a good 3ft to 4ft lift on it im just getting in to this kinda of stuff and i was wondering what is the best type lift Parts, tires, and rims that i should consider thats isn't too pricey but very reliability also mabey give me an estimate thanks a lot.
 
don't do it, it won't look right, and on jeep cherokees they're already highly likely to flip, you're just going to make it more likely.
