Question about getting a new phone on sprint?

Ok so back in November i got a new Instinct from sprint, when i did this i continued my contract and started another 2 year agreement, recently i have been thinking about getting a new phone, i have some friends that have some different phones that ive really started to like, and im just not happy with my instinct anymore ive been having some problems with it, is there anyway to get a new phone from sprint without buying it out right ?
 
Not that I can see. You become eligible for upgrades at 10 and 22 months. They do have a buy back policy for certain handsets that may offset the cost some, but don't expect much.
