Question about Georgia Drinking Laws?

Is it or is it not true that if you are at least 18 years old and your legal guardian is ok with it, they can purchase you an alcoholic beverage in a bar or restaurant and you can consume it?

This is regarding Georgia State Laws, and I cannot find anywhere if it's true or false
Please attach proof of your answer.
