I'm dying to go fishing at least once this weekend, but the forecast predicts some wind.
Tomorrow; 12mph wind from W/SW.
I grew up fishing but I never paid attention to things like that until recently, but I have a theory;
If the wind comes in from the West, will fishing on a West bank (facing away from the wind) do any good?
Obviously fishing on an East bank with the wind in your face (I have trouble casting in a scenario like that) is trouble, but what about using the wind to your advantage?
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
