So it's my sophomore year at a university and I am on academic dismissal for next quarter, but because I live so far away I am planning to attend community college for next quarter and maintain living on campus (which is crazy expensive). I've talked with the university and I can get back in the quarter following next (they really shouldn't be "dismissing" me, but that's another story), which means I'll attend community college a couple of months and then transfer back to the university, all while living on campus (my university is okay with the arrangement, it happens all the time).
My question is, will I receive less student aid from a community college, will I still be able to barrow enough to attend class and live on campus?
Any other info/tips about the FAFSA and transferring schools would be lovely, thank you very much!
