I was wondering how often can you feed cooked peas to fish? Is it meant more as a "treat" or do you feed it instead of their fish food? Also once a week, more or less?
I just fed some to my fish (platies and harlequin rasboras) and they seemed to really like it. I also have cherry barbs in a seperate tank will they eat peas too? I know platies are more veggie eaters so thats why I tried to give it to them and to my surprise the rasboras were gobbling it up too!!
I do try to vary their diet w/ veggie flakes and other flakes. Also bloodworms as treats. But I'm sure fresh veggies are better for them right? Thanks for the advice.
