I am training a friend for a marathon and he has been having tightness in the chest. Went to the doctor and he was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma. He was given a inhaler and it does help. Have been cleared for running and will resume shortly. Can anyone help who has this and can share through experience.The marathon is June 6th and I have only run 15 miles and that was several weeks ago.
