When they are at the round table, and the knight Gwein insults the Queen Guenevere, suggesting she has a affair with Lancelot, she offers him a cup of wine as a token of peace, but Gwein refused. Was he suggesting the wine could be poisoned?
And then king Arthur demands a knight to champion the Queen, he cant do it himself because he's the King. Finally Lancelot shows up and defeats Gween.
What would had happened if no knight had shown up? The Queen would have been deemed as guilty?
