Question about eating habits for those health nuts.?

I heard its better to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones is that true? and if so what would i eat i was thinking like this:

6:30am-Soy yogurt(allergic to dairy)

10:20am some fruit

12:00 oatmeal or lunch meat on sandwich

4:00pm an egg

6:00pm dinner

9:00pm salad or toast

i mean this is just an idea but is it true to eat 6 times a day because i eat like twice or maybe 3 times with snacks in between. I just don't see myself eating like this but i will if its healthier.
