Question about dress featured in seventeen magazine november issue?

So I was this beautiful dress in november 2010 issue of Seventeen magazine on page 30 and wanted to buy it from the shop, that's mentioned there(the Aries store) but when I searched the shops homepage, I couldn't find the dress anywhere.. So does anybody have idea from where I could find this dress empire waist-dress? thank you in advance
