It means that it is old blood. If it is bright red it means that youare bleeding now. When it is brown blood, it is an old bleed. It happened, then it stopped on it's own. It doens't mean that it is bad or good-it just happened. If you continue to have alot of it, let your doctor know. If you just have this one bout, I wouldn't worry about it.
