Question about diet for sprinting (track & field)?

okay so first of all, I DON'T WANT ANY RECOMMENDATIONS OF COOL DIETS FOR LOSING WEIGHT, ETC.
No offence, that just seems to be what people always post as answers to my questions.

Okay so I am a 17 year old guy (still in school) and I train about 4 times a week. I train 3 times on the track, each of those trainings is 1 and a half hours of fairly intense training. I also train once a week in the gym, working on muscle endurance and power mainly, and that usually lasts about 1 and a half hours too. I also compete in Little Athletics every Saturday. Aside from that I lead a pretty physical lifestyle too.

I only started taking athletics seriously about 2 months ago, and since then I've tried to stop eating as much, because initially I thought that it would be healthier for me, however now I'm not sure. I recently monitored my energy intake for one day and found it to be about 10200kj, and that is while I am trying to eat less. So, because I know that I used to eat a lot more, I could make a pretty accurate guess that I used to consume about 12500kj a day, on average, yet I was still extremely skinny. So basically I'm saying that my metabolism is very fast.

So with taking all that into account (the amount and intensity of training I do, my metabolism, my age, etc. ), I was wondering if anyone could give me a general idea of the amount of kilojoules/calories that I should be eating every day to maintain my weight (i.e. what is the minimum amount of kilojoules/calories that you would recommend that I take in everyday, to maintain my weight, and what is the maximum you would recommend?)
I just said in caps at the start, I do not want any recommendations of diets or anything. I know the basics of dieting. All I want to know is a general guideline as to the amount of kilojoules/calories that I should be consuming per day, taking into account my metabolism, my age, the amount and intensity of training I do, and all those other factors.

I just want someone to be able to give an idea of the MINIMUM amount of calories they would recommend I consume per day, and the MAXIMUM amount of calories they would recommend I consume per day, based on the information that I have given.

Any answer that actually answer that question, will be greatly appreciated :)
