Over the last 10 days, I've had yellow frothy diarrhea with stomach cramping, especially after I eat. Now I have a burning ache in my "liver area". It started as this crazy headache in the back of my head and neck. The thing is, 2 of my 4 kids are having the same symptoms. It is actually getting a little better, because the diarrhea used to be watery and every 5 minutes to now just an hour after I eat.
I am drinking Gatorade mixed with water, and eating a bland diet. I did have some slightly abnormal bloodtest results. The total Protein was 8.0 the Globulin was 3.5 the A/G Ratio is 1.3 the Alkaline Phos was 21, the Creatinine was 0.5 and the liver enzymes AST (SGOT) was 52, the ALT (SGPT) was 83. My Glucose is 115. The Chloride is 97 the BUN is 12 and the Bilirubin is 0.4
I don't have insurance until March 4th 2010 but I went to the doctor who took bloodwork. (Doctors don't want to see me cause of the lack of insurance.) She said it would cost so much for me to get more testing done but my liver enzymes are elevated and she took me off Zocor 3 weeks ago. I am so frustrated. She gave me a script for Pepcid AC and Xanax (but not taking the Xanax)
I am also on Lexapro 5mg, Ambien 10mg, Levoxyl .150 , Metformin 500 mg(prediabetes for a year) and Atenolol 25 mg, for High Blood Pressure 137/91
Please could you help make sense of this for me. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! 5 years ago I had my gallbladder removed and at the same time was told I have a fatty liver.
