Question about Cox television?

I have a question about getting a channel. I have the cox digital box thingy and I have channels 2-21 & it skips to channel 100 & up. I want to get a channel thats in between 21 & 100 like 61. I dont know what should I do, do I call the company to ask them to getz that channel and will they charge more? I know that chamnels come in bundles but I just want that only channel
