my brother's friend got stabbed to death and the guy who killed him has a court date coming up. if my brother hits him while in court, what will happen?
I definitely don't agree with it but he's stubborn and thinks hes got it figured out. i just want to know how long he will be in jail. i've talked to a police officer that said he will only spend 24 hours in jail and have a $200 fine.
