Question about cost of university.. financial fees for specific university given?

Hey! So I just have a simple question for you.. it says at Cal Poly that it costs $6,498 for tuition, and $9,846 for room and board.. my question to you guys is is that price for the entire year or just one term? Because if it's for the entire year that's not too bad, but if it's for each term, it's very expensive! Anyway if you could get back to me as soon as possible, it would really help!! Love :) xx
