Hi. I have a question about copart car auction today I see 2010 Nissan with clean title and just normal scratch.and people do the bid on this car and today the highest bider win the car for only 9000 dollar.the exact amount of this car is like 19000$.how some one get for only 9000$ why the auction company do that??????????
