Question about closing themes in Poland

I've seen closing credits of several shows in Poland, and there's always some voice speaking over the credits. What's this for?

Are they saying what show is coming on next? That was a common standard of American TV until the 90's. Otherwise, it could be a statement about the company who dubbed this program and who might've provided the voices to the show if it is a dub of a foreign show.

Yes, it's a statement about voices and producers of local dub.Here In Slovakia, it's on every dubbed program.

Some dubs aren't even dubs at all in Eastern Europe I notice as they sometimes just get one or a couple people to read the dialogue over the original soundtrack as well.

I see.. Wouldn't they be able to just edit the text of the closing credits? I've seen it happen with French versions of shows.

I dunno. Some version often leave the credits in anyway since they may not have an interest to changing them. I notice a lot of anime seen in Poland come from French or Italian sub-licensees. Not sure why they couldn't license the shows directly from Japan (could be a translation issue if it was easier for them to translate from European languages better).
