I filed ch 7 (in TN) and wanted to reaffirm my car. The lenders would only let me keep my car if I paid huge fees(legal, late) up front I couldn't and they came and took the car. My question is will the car, since they would not reaffirm, be put into the bankruptcy or will I be getting billed for any damages that need to be repaired before they can sell it again.
