unless it would be better to ask the person if it is ok eg a women sowing in a market or something like that, if i see a person or something happening should i just grab the opportunity and take the photo rather than floundering and having doubts about whether it would be safe or something like that.
the sorts of situations i am thinking of is people walking along the road or doing something else eg reading a wall notice
i tend to use a slr, would that put people off or should i just find the courage and think what the heck take the photo
