Recently I have been riding the exercise bike for 45 mins to an hour each day. I dont think the calorie counter on there is correct. I ride at a constant speed between 12-14 mph. It said that i only burn 150 calories in a 45 min period. I weigh close to 200 lbs and my heartrate was in the optimal zone the whole time. I think a more reasonable calorie calculation would atleast be 350... what do you think?
