so i brought a car about 3 weeks ago, and i payed all my fees, the seller told me they will mail registration and lisence plate to my house within 3 weeks, and after 3 weeks, all i got was registration, i have not gotten my lisence plate, they told me, the estamte fee i payed was 115 and DMV charged them 239, and i will have to pay 124 extra to get the license plate.
should i argue or should i pay this extra fee?? the seller did not tell me about this or i did not remember he did. they estimated wrong should be their fault, so they shouldn't take it on me, and they should pay the rest of the fee by themselves not me right? am i correct? please someone tell me what should i do, my mom wants me to argue and not pay it, i need suggestions
