Question about business management degree....?

I have experience working in restaurants for 6 years (bartending and serving) I'm getting ready to enroll in college for a business management degree in hospitality. I am wondering if I would be able to get a management job with an associates degree in the meantime until I get my bachelors. Would an associates degree be enough to get a mangement job, until I complete the bachelors degree
