My prepaid T-Mobile phone was ruined in the washer, so now I need to replace it. When I try to shop under my own account on the T-Mobile website, all I can get is games/apps and accessories, and when I try to shop for phones, it logs me out. I'm sure the sim card is damaged, so I just want to make sure - would I be able to buy a new T-Mobile prepaid phone and switch my phone number and minutes over to it?
