ok, if the factory 0000 unlock and 000000 security did not work you need rss software and a data cable or take it to a service center. The service center will charge $15. do you have the data cable

you are going to need a data cable. After you get the data cable I can walk you through it. I have data cables on my site for $9.99 and $2.22 for shipping. Unlike ebay that will charge you $12 for the shipping.

no it is not mac.. I have not heard of any mac programs for nextel/iden phones. So you might not want to buy a cable just yet.
