Question about bluetooth?

I'm trying to bluetooth a picture from my friends phone to mine, she can't text it because she has no minutes.

I turned bluetooth on on both phones and scaned for devices and paired the two phones.

but then when i go to the picture and hit send via bluetooth, her phone says "no registered devices" or something like that.

What do I do?
