Question about biking(to tone up)?

I don't have breaks other than lunch.
Mixed with eating healthy, etc, how much should I ride my bike to lose weight/build muscle? I'm a younger teenager and I'm pretty self conscience so I want to lose weight while building muscle. I can't really do the 5 meals a day thing because I'm in school, so it won't work. I can't join a gym, and the only treadmill I have access too is my neighbors and she's worried about "running up the energy bill". I'm willing to wake up early to go bike riding, but I don't know how far to go our how often to do it. I'm horrible at estimating how far a mile is. xD Can you see results by just eating right and bike riding? How much should I do and how often? I don't want a six pack, I just want to tone up, and I still want a feminine body. I more so want to lose weight.

5'4-5'5, and about 125-127 pounds. I'm at a healthy weight, just with some extra baggage on my stomach and inner thighs. My legs are pretty muscular already, but my thighs could use some work. Mainly I just want to focus on my stomach and obliques. Does cycling work your abs?
NO DIETS or crazy acai berry pills, I'm not interested.
