I've been starting to spin bike as prep for my cross and mountain biking season this spring. I'm worried that sitting on a spin bike will increase muscle mass in my legs too much. Right now, they seem bigger, but I also just worked them really hard, so they could be a bit swollen.. I just don't want my legs to be any thicker than they are -_-;
I guess my question is basically: will biking increase the amount of muscle on your legs drastically?
