Okay i've been goin to the gym now about twice a week since last summer, im 18 and weigh about 145 pounds now. back in summer i could only bench and rep about 135lbs 5 times for about 3 sets. now i can bench 155lbs 5 reps 5 sets and max out at 170. is this decent for my weight? how can i improve (i would like to be able to rep 185 by the end of this summer and gain some more weight
oh and im 5 ft 9 in tall so im a pretty slender/lean guy. just tryna build muscle in chest area
