question about bell vs telus network?

So is the bell and telus network the exact same? that is what i was told from the telus person. since they share their towers. i go over to bell and the bell dude says that telus only rents a a percentage of towers but no all of them. therefore bell has larger and better network. which network is better i'm confused. the telus plan i want is 5 dollars cheaper then bell so i'm thinking of going with them. anyone think i should go with bell. by the way this is for the new iphone 4 when it comes out
