ok, so i want to get a prepaid bell phone, and i was looking at the text message addons. the one i want is 5 dollars, and i get 250 texts. i read the details and it said "send messages for as low as 2 cents" does theat 2 cents come out of the 5 dollars, or is it on top of that. for instance, if i got that add on, then sent 10 texts, would the price still be 5$ or 5.20$?
question about bell prepaid service?
