i recently upgraded my att phone online.. i decided to change my data usage and texting usage.. but when i check to see how much i've used it says deactivated my billing cycle isn't over. which i understand but before on my old plan i knew i was going to run of texting so i decided to change it to unlimited which was in the middle of a billing cycle and now on this bill i owe 40 more dollars due to going over on texting, when i thought i switched to unlimited. it also says my texting and data is prorated. so i am wanting to know if me texting and getting on the internet on my new phone is actually costing me more.
