so it's standard that when you get a new phone you're under a 2 year contract and therefore stuck with that phone, right? well, when i bought my iphone 3 in May, the guy at the at&t store told me that it's actually only 6 months before you're eligible for an upgrade. since the iphone 4S is coming out soon and my six-month mark will be in november, will i be able to buy it at the discounted upgrade price?
