Question about Artificial Intelligence, the Turing Test, and the Halting Problem.?

These definitions are probably simplified, but this is how I understand them:

The Turing Test states that a computer is said to be intelligent when you can have a conversation with it and not be able to tell if it is a computer or a human.

The halting problem states that a computer cannot tell whether or not a program will run forever or eventually stop, although humans can.

So since a human can answer a question that a computer cannot, does this mean a computer can never pass the Turing Test?
