Question about army active duty?

I am 20 years old I am almost in I just have to go to meps , my question is I am married but I was married in Pakistan and my wife is still over there , expecting her to be in the states in a couple of months but will she still be able to live with me on base if she comes here after I complete basic and ait , and will I be able to buy my parents a new house after im in under my name with all the army benifits even If I don't live in the house
