I am in charge of a university's website (updating information, etc.) Recently we have partnered with a company that gave us a few API codes for our site to help enhance it, however when i insert the code into the HTML box it saves the code but deletes like a line of it and the code doesn't work properly. Can anyone help me figure out why the code isn't working and what can be done to fix it?
