question about age of consent, pregnancy and possible jail time..?

ok so i am 18 and the girl is 17 and she turns 18 in july. my question is i had sex with her and it is possible she is pregnant.. and i was wondering if i will for sure go to jail/face fines etc. or is it up to the parents? also idk if this matters but obviosly when she gives birth, assuming she concieved it (feb 12th), she will be 18... would that matter at all? i live in wisconsin and i know some states rules are different than others. any help is much appreciated!
ok first off dont bash me for asking the question. she's on birth control so its not likely but still possible. and its like less than 6 months difference so get real... and its not like im going to go and ditch her.. im going to stick it out with her. i was just wondering about the laws
 
depends on what age of consent is where you are where i am its 16 (canada) and yes if you cam in her she could be pregnant its not rocket science you know if you don't want kids to use a damn condom.. it will be up to her to tell her parents that you are the dad and then from there it will be up to them weather or not to press charges but here if the person is under 4 years difference you usually cant press charges hope its the same fr you cause if my kid got knocked up by some jackass i would put him behind bars for the rest of his life if he was lucky to live that long if you know what i mean x x
