I've heard people of certain minority groups have an advantage over white Americans when it comes to getting into good universities simply because of their race/ethnicity, sometimes a big advantage...I'm not going to do this, I'm just wondering is it possible that you could lie about your ethnicity to have an advantage at getting into a certain university? I mean say if you're really Caucasian but you could pass for Native American or Hispanic American, if you checked that you were one of these minorities would the university look for proof of this and in what ways?
