Question About ADD Medicine?

I've had a rough childhood and because of it I have a hard time focusing in school because I'm so distracted. I have Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I currently take Lithium 450mg twice a day and Xanax XR 2mg once a day. I was wondering if my psychiatrist would prescribe me something to help me focus more in school? It's especially hard because I'm in Algebra this year, and I can barely finish my assignments. I'm always so distracted or anxious.

She tried Guanfacine on me in the past because I told her about my concentration problems, and that did absolutely nothing for me. It was suppose to help with concentration and anxiety. Would she prescribe something like Adderall or Ritalin to me? I know my sister takes 15mg adderall everyday, and she sees the same psychiatrist as me.
I kind of mentioned Adderall to her before, a few weeks/months ago, and she was afraid to try it on me because of all the pills I was trying, and especially because I was depressed. But I am feeling much better now
